Cancellation

IN SHORT

Within 30 days after receipt of the merchandise, you have the possibility to declare the cancellation without giving any reasons. You can use the form on this page and send the cancellation directly to us online. You can also send us the cancellation by email to team@konkrua.com.

Used merchandise is excluded from cancellation. We will bear the return costs for you on condition that the return label transferred by us is used for the return. Please refer to our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION RIGHT

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last merchandise.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (KONKRUA GmbH & Co.KG, Albert-Einstein-Str. 2 70806 Kornwestheim, e-mail: team@konkrua.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. an e-mail or a letter sent by post).

You can also fill in and submit a clear declaration electronically on our website: https://www.konkrua.com/widerruf electronically and submit it. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) that we have received such a cancellation. We will bear the return costs for you on condition that the return label to be requested from us is used for the return.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you notify us regarding the exercise of the cancellation right before the end of the cancellation period.

CONSEQUENCES OF THE CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the merchandise back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the merchandise.


You must return or hand over the merchandise to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the merchandise before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the costs of returning the merchandise.


You only have to pay for any loss in value of the merchandise if this loss in value is due to handling of the merchandise that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functionality of the merchandise.
