Invoice with Klarna

Invoice with Klarna is only possible on konkrua.com.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna in each case:

• Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice will be issued when the merchandise is shipped and will be sent either by email or together with the merchandise. • Immediately: Available in Germany, the Netherlands and Austria. Your account will be debited immediately after placing your order.

Instant Bank Transfer (Sofortüberweisung)

Sofortüberweisung is a TÜV-approved direct bank transfer procedure from Payment Network AG.

All you need is an online bank account with PIN/TAN function. If you choose the payment method Sofortüberweisung, you will be forwarded to Sofortüberweisung after placing your order. You will be provided with a secure payment form for your online bank account. You fill out this conveniently and the payment is transferred immediately. We will then dispatch your order immediately.

PayPal

To pay via Paypal, you need a free account with Paypal. Paypal then offers you various payment options and also insures all orders up to 500 euros. If you choose the Paypal payment method, you will be redirected to Paypal after your order, where you log in or register again and choose your desired payment method. In addition to paying with your Paypal balance, payments by credit card and direct debit are also possible. As soon as you have made the payment via Paypal, we will ship your order immediately.

 

Credit Card

Payment by credit card is also possible. After you have sent the order, you will be given the option on a subsequent page to conveniently make your credit card payment without registering. Your credit card account will be charged upon completion of the order. Shipping is secure and fast with our shipping partner DHL. All orders are processed by us within 24 hours on weekdays and handed over to DHL as quickly as possible after receipt of payment. DHL then delivers the packages within 1-3 working days. Free shipping for orders over 50 euros applies only to Germany.

Within Germany

We charge a flat rate of 3.99 euros per order for delivery within Germany. The delivery time for an order within Germany is 1-3 days. Free shipping for orders over 50 euros.

Within Germany, to a DHL Packstation

We will also be happy to send your parcel to a DHL Packstation. To do so, please enter your 7- or 8-digit ID in the empty field "Company" on the final checkout page for your delivery address.

To Europe

For delivery to Austria, we charge a flat rate of 12.99 euros. The delivery time to Austria is 2-5 days.

For delivery to Belgium, Great Britain, the Netherlands and France we charge a flat rate of 12.99 Euro.The delivery time to these countries is 4-7 days.

For delivery to Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus we charge a flat rate of 13.99 Euro. The delivery time to these countries is 5-21 days.

For delivery to Switzerland and Lichtenstein, we charge a flat rate of 16.99 Euro. The delivery time to Switzerland is 3-7 days.
