Green Thai Curry is a classic Thai dish. "Kaeng Kiau Wan" in Thai literally means green sweet soup. The curry tastes creamy and salty at first and only then does the sweet aroma unfold on your tongue. Its mild, pure and green colour gives this dish its name. It owes this to its ingredients, which are almost exclusively green.
 
Kaeng Kiau Wan, or Thai Green Curry, made it to #19 on CNN's 2011 World's Tastiest Food List! It is now being adapted with many different ingredients and preparation methods. Thais like to eat green Thai curry with Kanomcheen (Thai vermicelli) or with rice. This gave us the idea for our own Thai green curry recipe! Green Thai curry that goes perfectly well with spaghetti. It is important to us that you can find the fresh ingredients in supermarkets near you and that the authenticity of the dish remains.
