"That's what they call the international dream wedding of this age.
Attention! Thai green curry has now married Italian spaghetti in perfect harmony."
Green Thai Curry is a classic Thai dish. Kaeng Kiau Wan in Thai literally means green sweet soup. The curry tastes creamy and salty at first and only then does the sweet aroma unfold on your tongue. Its mild, pure and green colour gives this dish its name. It owes this to its ingredients, which are almost exclusively green.
Kaeng Kiau Wan, or Thai Green Curry, made it to #19 on CNN's 2011 World's Tastiest Food List! It is now being adapted with many different ingredients and preparation methods. Thais like to eat green Thai curry with Kanomcheen (Thai vermicelli) or with rice. This gave us the idea for our own Thai green curry recipe! Green Thai curry goes perfectly well with spaghetti. It is important to us that you can find the fresh ingredients in supermarkets near you and that the authenticity of the dish remains.
Our Happiest Marriage comes in a box with mild but very tasty green curry paste, creamy fragrant coconut milk and fish sauce to marinate the ground beef. In addition, dried Thai basil helps to keep the marriage harmonious. Of course, jasmine rice is invited to the wedding with its slightly sticky consistency and its own flowery aroma. If spaghetti gets too boring for you at some point, Jasmin rice will bring fresh momentum to the marriage!
Be the groomsman for this loving couple and let yourself be inspired by the delicious taste of this perfect combination.
